We collect your data to answer any questions you may have or in order to effectively respond to your enquiry or booking requests.

If you contact us using any of the forms on our website, an email will be generated and sent to us with the details that you have entered on the form. We will use the information that you have provided to respond to your request. Should you make a booking with us, we may also use your data to correspond with you about your booking in advance of your arrival (such as making arrangements for your early check-in), during your stay (such as recommending local dining establishments), and following your departure (for example, should there be any payment issues, should the room not be left in an acceptable condition, etc.).

We do not use analytics on this website, however, our plugin providers may for the purpose of tracking the usage of their plugins and monitoring opportunities to make improvements.

Who we share your data with

Data that has been sent via the contact form or via email are stored on BT’s servers, as our email domain is an @btconnect.com account. We may have our email account set up on various devices, such as laptops, phones and computers, for the purpose of responding to correspondence as efficiently as possible.

How long we retain your data

Your data is retained for up to 7 years or until it is no longer required, i.e. your stay has come to an end, and there are no issues to resolve, including payment, damage or other such matters.

What rights you have over your data

If you have sent correspondence to us, you have the right to send us a data subject request for copies of all data pertaining to you.
